Notice of a public hearing before a Disciplinary Tribunal on 8 February 2024

Chartered Accountants Ireland gives notice that a public hearing before a Disciplinary Tribunal will commence at 10.30am on 8 February 2024 at Chartered Accountants House, 47 – 49 Pearse Street, Dublin 2.

The hearing relates to an allegation of Poor Professional Performance and alleged failure to co-operate with the disciplinary process of Chartered Accountants Ireland. The formal allegation will be heard in accordance with the Disciplinary Bye-Laws and Regulations of Chartered Accountants Ireland.
