Corporate Finance Executive - Leading Practice - South Dublin

You will be part of a team that advises SME’s and PLC’s with a large range of consultancy and corporate finance projects.

Reports to – Corporate Finance/Transactions Director

Key Responsibilities:
Support senior staff members on consultancy/corporate finance projects, including but are not limited to:
• Mergers and Acquisition (buy side and sell side)
• Buy side and sell side due diligence reports and independent business reviews
• Financial modelling
• Forensic accounting, including report writing
• Business Advisory projects
• Bank funding proposals
• Valuations
• Restructuring assignments (debt and restructuring advisory)
• Succession planning assignments
• Advisory audits
• Company secretarial support assignments
In addition to assisting with project work, other duties will include:
• Provision of financial & advisory support to clients
• Assist with departmental monthly reporting requirements
• Working with existing clients to develop new business opportunities
• Attending client meetings and team meetings
• Preparation of tenders
• Attending firm seminars and training programmes

Candidate Profile
Education/Qualifications:
• Recently qualified (ACA) with 1-2 years PQE in the area of corporate finance and/or transactions services
• Demonstrable experienced gained within a professional services firm
• Experience of working with a diverse portfolio of clients
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (excellent excel skills essential)
• Good report writing and interpersonal skills
