Our client is seeking an ACA to cover a Maternity leave Management Accounting role within the Finance Team. This function is responsible for producing a suite of Management Reports for Senior Management which monitors actual V budget KPIs for ongoing customer projects. This role is very high profile within the organisation.

You will be responsible for providing accurate and timely financial information to the business on a continuous basis and monitoring the companies banking covenants to make sure that everything is compliant. You will also have a good understanding of the company's cash position and provide support to the Finance Manager and the CFO to achieve maximum cash position along with providing short and long term financial forecasting.

Responsible for:

Working cross functionally with Senior management in other departments, you will advise and forecast on revenue projection, review profit summaries and manage the Sales commission plan successfully.
Work closely with the junior Revenue Accountant to make sure all open invoices are collected in a timely manner and that this person is feeling supported and their work is of a high standard.
The Senior Management Accountant will be responsible for creating a yearly budget with input for other departments and making sure that it meets financial covenant.
You will be creating a quarterly forecast and ensuring that quarterly forecasts meet quarterly covenants.

Requirements:

You are a qualified ACA with 2-4 years of experience working in a similar role.
You have strong commercial and financial planning experience.
Experience working in a global environment and with Senior Management is an area you have a lot of experience in.
You are a passionate and positive person, who loves to take accountability and pride in your work.
Customer focus and ability to work cross functionally in a strong team environment are areas of strength for you and you are continuously looking to develop yourself.
