Our client is a Global multinational manufacturing plc with an exciting opportunity for a Group Internal Auditor to join its Group Internal Audit Team in either Dublin or Holland.
The Role:
• Applying your analytical skills to identify risks and key areas of focus in different areas within Finance, Operations, Sustainability etc.
• Applying your understanding of controls and risk to perform internal audits of a variety of sites and departments across the Group.
• Applying your communications skills to bring insight, recommend improvements and contribute positively to the Group control environment.
• Applying your knowledge to assist in the development of local policies and procedures.
• Sharing your knowledge to mentor, train and develop the team's skills.
• Travelling 25%-30% across Europe.
The person:
The ideal candidate will have a university degree with a minimum of three years' experience in auditing (internal or external) and/or experience in risk management, financial positions or compliance with a strong understanding of risks, controls and a fluency in English. An additional European language and a relevant professional qualification are additional advantages.
