Our client is a friendly busy South Dublin non-audit accountancy practice established 20 years ago with excellent specialised professional client base.
Seeking an experienced accounting professional to join the team at director or even partner level.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key client relationships and ensuring high-quality service delivery to our specialised client base and will play a pivotal role in team management and development.
Hybrid working role with travel to clients required.
Key aspects of the role :
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their service needs are met to their satisfaction.
Leading initiatives to win new business, including identifying opportunities for the cross-selling of services.
Preparation, management and completion of financial statements and taxation returns.
Preparation of tax technical reports to clients and staff on request.
Dealing with miscellaneous inquiries from clients, banks, Revenue and management of Revenue audits.
Carrying out assignments, including forecasting, in a timely, professional and efficient manner.
Achieving fee targets for assigned client portfolio
Teams supervision and training: junior team members to adhere to high standards.
Key skills and experience required :
ACA / FCA qualified with some years PQE, currently working in a senior in a practice environment.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills needed to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues.
Experience of operational supervision of assignments and the managing of client relationship
Proven ability in team leadership and managing multiple assignments.
Ability to think critically, act with integrity and trust, be highly efficient and resilient under pressure.
