Position Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Accountant to join their team in Dublin. The candidate will be
responsible for managing financial operations for multiple family portfolios, ensuring accurate
reporting, and maintaining the highest standards of financial control and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations for multiple family entities, including partnerships,
trusts, and private investment companies
• Prepare and review financial statements, management accounts, and statutory accounts
• Handle reconciliations and maintain accurate records for multiple investment portfolios
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors
• Process and monitor cash movements
• Implement and maintain robust internal control systems
• Assist in tax planning and preparation of tax returns
• Provide financial analysis and reports to family office executives and clients
• Support wealth planning initiatives and structure optimization
Required Qualifications
• Professional accounting qualification (ACA)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a practice
• Knowledge of Irish GAAP and IFRS
• Good understanding of tax implications for high-net-worth individuals
• Proficiency in advanced accounting software and Microsoft Excel

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work with confidential information with the utmost discretion
• Capability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines
