Chartered Accountants Ireland is recruiting an Admissions Unit Executive in Education & training Department. The Admissions Unit processes all student registration data and financial transactions.  

The Education & Training Department of Chartered Accountants Ireland is responsible for the education, training and assessment of approx. over 6,000 students. These students are training in the business, financial services, public and retail sectors.

The Role:

The Admissions Unit Executives will be responsible for the timely processing of all student applications. Overall responsibilities may vary from time to time, but can the main areas of responsibility are as follows: 

  • Assessment of eligibility and exemption applications.
  • Course and examination enrolment within Chartered Accountants Ireland regulations.
  • Registration of student contracts.
  • Issuing of confirmation details to students / firms relating to course enrolment and formal registration.
  • Account management of recognised training firms in line with agreed Service Level Agreements.
  • Data integrity checking.
  • Filing of application forms and spreadsheets.
  • Dealing with student and firm queries in relation to all aspects of training.
  • Guiding training partners and students through issues arising during transfer and termination of training contracts and providing detailed information on alternative routes to membership.
  • Liaising with colleagues across the organisation to ensure that all processes are completed against agreed timeframes.

Normal working hours are weekdays 9.00 – 5.30. However, flexibility is essential as attendance at occasional weekend and evening events will be required.
