Once again we will have an inspiring, informative and engaging mix of Irish and international speakers across a number of streams allowing you tailor the conference to your specific needs. If you are interested in finding out what the future holds for you and your profession this is the conference you can’t afford to miss. Francesca McDonagh-min
Francesca McDonagh Group Chief Executive Officer, Bank of Ireland Group Opening Speaker - The evolution of banking – today and beyond
  • Francesca was appointed Group Chief Executive Officer in October 2017. Bank of Ireland is a diversified financial services group established in 1783 and is one of the largest financial services groups in Ireland.
  • Francesca joined Bank of Ireland from the HSBC Group, where she held a number of key senior management roles over a twenty year period including Regional Head of Retail Banking and Wealth Management, UK and Europe; Regional Head of Retail Banking and Wealth Management, Middle East and North Africa; and Head of Personal Financial Services, Hong Kong.
  • Francesca is a member of the PRA Practitioner Panel. She has previously served on the Board of the British Bankers’ Association (BBA), where she was Deputy Chair and on the Board of the National Centre for Universities and Business in the UK. Francesca has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Oxford University.
