In this week’s EU exit corner, we bring you the latest guidance updates and publications relevant to EU exit. The most recent Trader Support Service and Cabinet Office Borders bulletins are also available. HMRC has contacted us with another reminder that from 1 March 2024, the Import One Stop Shop opened for businesses in Northern Ireland and the newly established Windsor Framework Democratic Scrutiny Committee has begun hearing evidence. And finally, the Department of the Environment and Rural Affairs has sent an email setting out common errors found by sample health certificate checks undertaken since the first phase of the UK’s new border controls were implemented from 31 January.
