Course Overview
- Provide an understanding of intersectionality in the
DEI space focusing on LGBTQ+, Age, Disability and Ethnicity perspectives.
- Help you to understand how to build an open mindset
and build empathy as a leader and drive the culture of your organisation.
- Provide you with real life examples of everyday acts
of Inclusion that highlight how people can alter their mindset to take away
the fear of doing the wrong thing and to embrace intersectionality on a daily
basis.
- Enable you to learn constructive ways and have the
confidence to call out discrimination in the workplace and wider community.
- Help you to understand how to check your bias and hold yourself
accountable and call out your own bias and to cultivate a curious
mind.

Speaker Bio's
Sandra Healy, Founder and CEO of Inclusio a D&I tech company. - Sandra is an Engineer, an Organisational Psychologist?and?NLP Master Practitioner. Over the past 18 years she has championed?and?driven D&I practice across industry and is considered a leading expert.?In 2014, Sandra was involved in establishing the EU Diversity Charter Ireland. In 2020, she joined the Expert Advisory Group for Ireland's Citizens Assembly on Gender Equality. Sandra is a member of the Leadership Advisory Council for Ireland's Police Force and has won several awards including EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women™ 2023 and WMB Female Newcomer Award 2023.
Moninne Griffith, CEO of BeLonGTo Youth Services
Bio Moninne has over 20 years of experience in the fields of advocacy, law, and social justice, and I am a passionate social activist for LGBTQ+ rights and equality. She has been involved in landmark initiatives such as the Marriage Equality campaign, the Gender Recognition Act Review Group, and the LGBTI+ Youth Strategy oversight committee. She is a former Chairperson of the National Women's Council of Ireland and a current Board member of the Children's Rights Alliance. Moninne am dedicated to supporting and empowering LGBTQ+ youth, and achieving a world where they are equal, safe, and valued in the diversity of their identities and experiences.
