Speaker bio
Conal Kennedy FCA, Conal is Head of Practice Consulting in Chartered Accountants Ireland. He and his team provide advice and support to practices throughout Ireland, and publish a range of practice toolkits covering Anti Money Laundering, Audit, Accounting and Compliance. Over a 17 year period in Practice Consulting, Conal has coached and advised many practices through major change events such as mergers, acquisitions and retirements. He has also advised on practice development and marketing.
Emer Kelly - Emer is Practice Regulation Manager in Chartered Accountants Ireland. Prior to this Emer was Qulaity Assurance Manager with CPA Ireland and was involved in the licensing and quality assurance processes.
Phyllis Willoughby - Phyllis Willoughby is Learning and Development Accountant in Chartered Accountants Ireland. Prior to this Phyllis worked with CPA Ireland, holding roles in learning and development and as a quality assurance executive, conduting reviews of firms throughout Ireland.
