This course will be delivered via Zoom on 15 October 2025 from 2.00pm to 3.00pm. The Zoom link will be emailed to participants the day before the course is due to take place.
This course will follow the Virtual Classroom format. The online interactive
live sessions will utilise the functionality of our online learning platform and
will be an engaging, collaborative manner of learning. This session will not be
recorded, and therefore attendance is required.

Speaker Bios
Niall Fitzgerald - Níall has responsibility for leading the development of policy and embedding of matters relating to business ethics and governance across operations in Chartered Accountants Ireland. Níall previously worked with PwC and before progressing to work in management consulting, advising in relation to provision of professional services, policy and internal control development and corporate governance. He has worked in Europe, USA and Canada with organisations such as PwC, McKinsey & Company and PGL Travel, and holds a M.Acc from NUIG, Diploma in Corporate Governance from UCD. Níall is a Chartered Accountant (FCA) and a Chartered Tax Consultant (CTC).
Penelope Mantzaris- Pen Mantzaris is a Senior Vice President at Edelman Data and Intelligence (DxI), where she helps clients make evidence-based decisions by uncovering the strategic implications of data, research, and insights. She has nearly two decades of experience designing and leading multi-method research programmes across sectors, with deep expertise in both advanced quantitative analytics, qualitative methods and, more recently, how AI can power insights. Penelope has spent the past six years working with the Institute of Chartered Accountants Worldwide to measure and understand trust in the profession. This long-standing partnership reflects her broader focus on how trust shapes business success, stakeholder confidence, and reputational resilience. Before joining DxI, Penelope was a Director at Gracechurch Consulting, advising C-suite leaders in legal and financial services. She previously held roles at GfK and TNS, and began her career in consumer insights at Unilever South Africa.
Marion Kelly - CEO of the Irish Banking Culture Board Bio:Marion has been CEO of the Irish Banking Culture Board (IBCB) since March 2020. She previously worked in Bank of Ireland for over 13 years where she held a range of senior leadership roles across Risk, Strategy, Regulatory Compliance, Operational Risk, Internal Audit and Recovery & Resolution planning. Prior to joining BOI, Marion worked with PwC Dublin for 7 years within the FS Regulatory advisory practice, and prior to that spent 4 years working in Brussels with both the European Savings Banks Group and the European Commission. Marion is a Chartered Director (Institute of Directors), Certified Bank Director (Institute of Banking) and holds Professional Diplomas in Leading Cultural Change and Ethical Behaviour in Financial Services (IoB) and in Sustainability and Fintech from the Oxford Said Business School. Marion was appointed as a non executive member of the Gambling Regulatory Authority in March 2025.
Dr. Na Fu - Professor of Responsible Leadership TCD Bio:Professor Na Fu is Chair of Responsible Leadership and Fellow at Trinity College Dublin. She is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), Co-Director of the Trinity Centre for Digital Business and Analytics and Director for the Trinity AI-XR Innovation Lab. Professor Na Fu’s research lies at the cutting edge of digitalisation, responsible AI, and human resource management. She investigates how AI-driven transformation reshapes work and HRM practices with an emphasis on ethical and responsible leadership. With a track record of securing over €8 million in funding, she has led major EU projects such as LEADS, LEADSx2030, and TechConnect. Her influential work is published in top international journals, including Journal of Management, Human Resource Management, Human Relations, Journal of Business Ethics, and the International Journal of Human Resource Management among others. Professor Fu’s insights have attracted widespread attention from leading media outlets like RTE, The Irish Times, People Management, Business Post, Global Voice, Forbes, and BBC. She is a highly sought-after keynote speaker at both academic and industry events and serves as a respected judge for industry awards. Through her industry reports and policy engagement, she actively shapes digital transformation and HR strategies, directly influencing policymakers. Beyond research, she contributes actively to interdisciplinary leadership and academic policy dialogue across Europe.
