Our approach

The Chartered Accountants Ireland's Practice Consulting team will work with members to design an approach that suits their business needs. Our experienced chartered accountants will help members to develop and enhance their technical and business management expertise and to apply this to achieve strategic goals.

We advise practitioners on:

  • Develop your firm: practice profitability, other practice related issues
  • Compliance support
  • Helpsheets: buying selling merging a practice, admitting partners

Charge out rate

Please contact us to discuss your needs so as we may provide you with a meaningful quote. Depending on your needs consultations can start from €100 or services can be delivered for an agreed fixed price rather than a rate per hour.

We will discuss each assignment with you prior to commencement and we will ensure that the costs are appropriate to the value received by you.

Telephone enquiries

Our consultants are happy to discuss practice related queries by telephone with members. Of course our time and resources are limited, and we want to make this service as productive as possible. Because of the large number of enquiries, we aim to limit the duration of non-charged telephone consultations to approximately fifteen minutes.
