MyEnquiries enhancements

Revenue told us that there will be a “status tracking system” on MyEnquiries from the end of April.  This tracking system will display the status of the query as either; pending, in progress, completed, awaiting feedback or further Revenue review.  This tracking system follows representations made to Revenue at the TALC MyEnquiries subgroup.  We continue to relay members’ concerns and suggestions on enhancements to the service and will keep you informed of any further service improvements.
