In the UK, HMRC has changed the services it provides to agents calling the Agent Dedicated Line and further draft guidance on the Pillar Two multinational top-up and domestic top-up taxes has been published for comment. In International news, the EU and Norway have signed an agreement to strengthen administrative cooperation, combating fraud and recovery of claims for VAT purposes.
