On 13 May, the Ulster Society hosted webinar titled 'Safeguarding Innovation: A Practical Guide to Intellectual Property Rights and Risk Management for UK Businesses' in partnership with A&L Goodbody.
This webinar aims to equip accountants with practical insight into identifying IP risks and opportunities within their clients’ businesses, recognising when specialist advice may be needed and, from the employment perspective, understand the importance of clear drafting at the outset, setting defined parameters and effective enforcement.
A recording of this webinar is available to view, for free and on demand
