This toolkit helps you with the preparation of
a Reporting Accountant’s Report for submission to the Law Society in
accordance with the Solicitors Accounts Regulations
2023. The 2023 Regulations came into force on 1 July
2023 and apply to accounting periods beginning on or after that date.
Key features:
- The Work Programme has been extensively updated to address the
requirements of the Solicitors Accounts Regulations 2023;
- The Work Programme is contained within an Excel workbook for easier
navigation and completion;
- It includes template testing schedules for many of the sample tests
in the work programme;
- It includes pro-forma schedules to assist in compiling figures for the
Balancing Statement and the Office Balancing Statement, and in compiling
matters for inclusion in the Reporting Accountants’ Report.

- The file structure and referencing system of the work
programme is designed to fit in with the file structure of a typical
accounts preparation file.
- A Planning Memorandum is now included with this toolkit.

& downloads. Your toolkit will be available to download
there. You have up to 90 days from the date of purchase to download your
