Speaker Bio's

Jen Martin LLB MAaPPCP is a Vulnerability researcher, keynote speaker, and Psychological Coach. She works globally with business, government, and sporting leaders to enhance psychological well-being, connection, and performance. Ireland’s expert on Vulnerability, Jen also advises on mental health initiatives and specializes in Psychological Safety, Imposter Phenomenon, and Optimal Performance, fostering thriving individuals, communities and organizations.
