Speaker Bios
Fiona Flynn is an Executive coach and Leadership
consultant. Her coaching style is an ability to connect with people at a human
emotional level, enabling them to develop their awareness and understanding of
their behaviours together with the emotions and beliefs that drive them. Using a
person centred approach, she uses emotional intelligence, cognitive neuroscience
research and positive psychology.
She is an accredited Emotional Intelligence coach. She
draws upon the following tools and approaches in her coaching: Emotional
Intelligence, Leadership Climate,Transactional Analysis, Strengths based,
Neuroscience, Personality Profiling, Team Coaching. Fiona is a passionate and
active supporter of Women in Business and developing Female talent within
organisations.
