Women’s Mentoring Circle: Sustaining Success – Reflection & Renewal (ROI/NI)

Summary

This online Mentoring Circle provides space to pause and consider what supports sustainable success at this point in your career. Open to both first-time and returning participants, the session focuses on shared discussion and peer perspective. Through conversation and reflection, participants will explore insights and practical considerations for maintaining clarity, confidence, and direction moving forward.

Format

The fee charged for this event will be donated to Women's Aid https://www.womensaid.ie/
This course will take place online on Wednesday 11 November 2026 from 6pm to 8pm .

Who Should Attend?

Women in the accountancy profession at every stage of their career- from trainees to partners, industry professionals, self-employed members and those returning to the workplace.

Course Overview

This session will offer participants an opportunity to:

Reflect on current priorities and professional direction
Share perspectives and learn from the experience of others
Discuss what supports sustainable success over time
Contribute insight and practical viewpoints to group discussion

Speaker Bio's

Charlotte Rose Keating, FCA, is the founder of Act On It Coaching. A Deloitte-trained Chartered Accountant and Law graduate of Trinity College Dublin, she is an IAPC&M accredited coach and certified trainer. Charlotte designs and facilitates mentoring and leadership programmes focused on confidence, wellbeing, and sustainable success, including programmes delivered in partnership with Chartered Accountants Ireland
