Notice of a public hearing before a Disciplinary Tribunal on 28 February 2024

Gives notice that a public hearing before a Disciplinary Tribunal will commence at 10.30am on 28 February 2024 at Chartered Accountants House, 47 – 49 Pearse Street, Dublin 2.

The hearing relates to alleged breaches of the Code of Ethics for members. The formal allegation will be heard in accordance with the Disciplinary Bye-Laws and Regulations of Chartered Accountants Ireland.
