In UK news, in its response to the consultation on the updated draft Making Tax Digital (“MTD”) for Income Tax Legislation, the Institute once again reiterates the need for a higher exemption limit, and this week’s miscellaneous updates features the concerns of the Administrative Burdens Advisory Board in relation to MTD.
