Revenue has published a new manual RZLT Return which provides information for taxpayers and agents on the process for submitting a Residential Zoned Land Tax (RZLT) return.
The manual outlines the process for submitting and amending an RZLT return, and the steps involved in making and viewing a payment of RZLT.
An RZLT return must be submitted for each relevant site registered for RZLT and returns may be submitted from 24 March 2025. The first annual return must be filed and any tax due paid on or before 23 May 2025.
