Stamp Duty exemptions and reliefs

Revenue has updated the Tax and Duty Manual Exemptions and Reliefs from Stamp Duty to provide guidance on the exemptions available to state financing agencies and funds.

An appendix has also been added to the manual which provides a complete list of the reliefs and exemptions included in Part 7 Stamp Duty Consolidation Act 1999
