U.S. dividends and Encashment Tax

Revenue has updated the Tax and Duty Manual for Schedule 2 - Encashment Tax.

The updated manual now incorporates guidance regarding encashment tax and US dividends and provides an example on how encashment tax is applied to US dividends. The previous guidance has been archived.
