Distance study

Over time, we have seen that many of our Diploma in Taxation participants are based around Ireland and some internationally but a vast majority of you are choosing this mode of study while living or working within a short distance of us!
Our next programme will be offered by distance learning starting on 15 September 2018.
We look forward to hearing from you.
Distance learning content release dates are the same dates as per the classroom version of the programme but don't forget this content is not live - you do not need to log in at a specific time.

Why choose online learning

We appreciate there are particular challenges to studying by distance and we have put together the support systems to help you successfully overcome them.

Our distance study programmes offer you flexibility and access to our industry leading qualifications no matter where you are located. Our distance learning participants are based all around Dublin, Ireland and the world: people choose this way of learning based on their locations and schedules to have maximum flexibility around work and home life.

  • Distance study participants are supported by Moodle: our  learning management system (LMS) a flexible online tool that supports flexible learning;
  • Enjoy 24 hour a day access to our bespoke pre-recorded video lectures which guide you through your programme step by step;
  • Each lecture is accompanied on Moodle by downloadable slides and a hard copy programme manual, meaning you to study at your own pace;
  • Moodle is also where you will receive and submit your assignments and where you can communicate with your fellow participants on dedicated online forums facilitating peer to peer learning and support;
  • You can contact your programme and assessment coordinators for any questions.
*Recorded lectures are deemed as a supplementary learning resource and not a primary resource in order to complete a programme. All efforts are made to upload recorded material to Moodle, where this is not possible due to technical errors or where there are time delays incurred, this is not deemed as prohibitive to completing an assessment.
