Trusted Business Leadership

You’ve mastered technical excellence. Now leadership calls for new skills in inspiration, influence, and change.  This programme is built for that next step.

Developed and delivered in partnership with Queen's Business School — ranked in the top 1% of business schools worldwide — the Executive Leadership Programme equips Chartered Accountants and senior professionals with the self-awareness, strategic thinking, and leadership toolkit to lead with confidence, clarity, and trust.

The programme is built around three interconnected leadership themes:

  • Leading Self - Who am I as a leader? How do I show up under pressure?
  • Leading Others - Building trust, developing teams, and leading with influence
  • Leading the Organisation - Navigating change, complexity, and uncertainty at scale
