The aim of this programme is to provide a full day interactive workshop that gives a practical high level overview of people management activities to newly appointed or aspiring managers. Following this session, participants will be able to bring back this knowledge into the workplace and apply it to everyday situations in their new role as people managers.

Speaker bio

Fiona Buckley is a corporate trainer, keynote speaker and executive coach in the areas of Leadership, Work Behaviour and Interpersonal Skills. Before setting up her own business Fiona held a number of senior corporate roles spanning 15 years with her last position being VP of Professional Services for a US tech company. She has worked in both small, medium and large organisations throughout her career leading teams. Fiona is Associate faculty with the IMI and Chartered Accountants Ireland.
