Whether you're navigating your own journey, supporting others, or leading teams, this session offers real insight into how we move beyond boundaries-visible or invisible-to create spaces where everyone can belong, be seen, and succeed. No prior knowledge is required to attend, only an openness to learn and discuss emerging D&I issues.

Speaker Bio
Jaimie Dower - Jaimie Dower is a Chartered Accountant and Executive Director at EY, where she leads the Audit Quality Programme. A passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion, she co-chairs the EY Unity network, which supports LGBTQ+ employees and helps to foster an inclusive workplace culture. Additionally, Jaimie serves as the Chair of Waterford Spraoi, an international street arts festival, where she works to promote creativity and community engagement.
Mark Scully - Mark Scully is the founder of Braver Coaching & Consulting, an executive coaching and neurodiversity consultancy based in Dublin.
Mark originally qualified as a Barrister before becoming a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor, spending 12 years in professional services, during which time he realised his passion for coaching.
Following his own autism diagnosis in 2021, Mark immersed himself in the discourse and research on neurodiversity. Through Braver's coaching and neurodiversity services, Mark wants to help Irish organisations become more inclusive for the benefit of all their employees.
Mary Keogh - is a leading expert in disability-inclusive development and human rights, with over 20 years' experience in advocacy, policy, and research. She is Advocacy Director at CBM Global Disability Inclusion, an international NGO where she guides global advocacy strategies and inclusive climate advocacy. She is also currently chair of the International Disability and Development Consortium, a network of 35 international NGOs and networks, including organisations of persons with disabilities. Mary holds a BA in Economics, a Masters in International Economic Development and a PhD in Law and Public Policy. She has consulted for UN agencies on disability and gender and the EU. She is widely published, an accredited mediator and facilitator, and has a strong track record in alliance-building and inclusive development grounded in social justice and equity for persons with disabilities.
