Conor MacManus - Conor is a Director at Eaton Square, part of HR Path—a global technology and consulting firm, where he leads the Finance Transformation & Technology practice. With over 20 years’ experience spanning global corporates, the public sector, and high-growth firms, he has delivered thousands of systems across a wide range of industries.

In the past two years alone, he has led over 100 new finance system implementations—transforming how CFOs and finance teams operate through automation, AI, and real-time insight. Conor also sits on advisory boards for Enterprise Ireland, Dublin City, and Fingal Councils, offering practical perspective on what works - and what doesn’t - when modernising finance functions.
