Format
This course will be delivered via Zoom on 18 November 2025 from 9:30am to 12:30am. The Zoom link will be emailed to participants the day before the course is due to take place.
This course will follow the Virtual Classroom format. The online interactive
live sessions will utilise the functionality of our online learning platform and
will be an engaging, collaborative manner of learning. This session will not be
recorded, and therefore attendance is required.

Speaker Bios
Lisa Hughes is an executive coach and facilitator who
focuses on human-centred leadership characterised by clear communication and
delivering high performance through times of change and transformation.
She
works with individuals and teams to establish a clear vision and purpose, common
goals and standards and a shared approach with practical ways of working
together, all underpinned by mutual accountability in order to deliver and
exceed expectations. She believes that better leaders make better humans.
She is accredited as a senior practitioner with EMCC and WACN.
