Who Should Attend?
The course is suitable for tax advisors, accountants,
financial planners, corporate tax specialists, legal professionals, pension advisors, and business owners who want to understand the implications of the
Finance Bill 2024, including changes to CGT, CAT, and pension
reliefs.
Course Overview
The webinar will be practical and will provide tips and guidance in relation
to the following:
- Analysis of the main sections of Finance Bill 2025
- Up to date review of the amendments between Finance
Bill & Act
- Impact of proposed amendments to CGT and CAT reliefs
- Impact of proposed amendments to pension reliefs
Key Learning Outcomes
By the end of this course, participants will be able to
advise clients of the impact of the Finance Bill on their personal/company tax
status, including how best to avail of any reliefs
available

Paul Murphy is a taxation consultant and management accountant for Martin J. Kelly & Co. He is a corporation tax lecturer for the Irish Taxation Institute and is an Associate of both the Irish Taxation Institute and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
