Integrating Sustainability (ROI/NI)
A key imperative for modern business is to embrace a fuller, greener and fairer, view of success. Integrate ESG (environmental, social and governance) factors into business finance to meet the needs of this new age.  Adapt operational financial management and strategic decision making to a broader, more sustainable, view of performance. This 1 day course provides an appreciation of the financial consequences of sustainability issues and highlights the ways the finance role can lead integration of ESG issues into your organisation’s everyday performance management and decision making.
