This course will not be recorded, and therefore attendance is required.
Who should attend
This course is designed for both employers and employees
who want to gain a clear understanding of the new Government AE scheme, My
Future Fund. It will explore how AE works, what it means for workplace pensions, and how it compares to existing employer-sponsored schemes. The session will also highlight the potential benefits available through company pension arrangements, helping attendees make informed decisions regarding pensions.

This course will cover:
- The basics of what Ireland’s pension systems look
like.
- What Auto Enrolment is, who it will apply to and what
are the contribution rates
- What differs in a company scheme compared to AE.
- How to take advantage of a possible higher employer
contribution, the tax benefits of this and how you might draw it down.
- Information on the flexibility of a company scheme
associated and additional benefits that apply.
- Key factors to consider on which route you take and how to get further
information.
