Seeking a Head of Finance to look after finance division and guide integrations and monthly accounts. Solid Finance Manager reportee and 2 qualified accountants + 4 admin.

Title: Head of Finance Reports to: CEO & Co-Founder
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Leading the forecasting and budgeting processes for group
• Driving process improvements and system implementations
• Responsible for all audit/taxation/company secretarial matters
• Review and sign-off of monthly reporting
• Cashflow forecasting and funding management
• Responsible for the finance setup of new practice integrations
• Oversight of Finance Team (which includes two Accountants and eight other staff)
• Supporting the CEO in Financial matters and strategic projects
• Working with Operations and HR teams and Practice Managers on financial matters
Key skills & responsibilities:
• Fully qualified ACA / FCA with circa 7+ years of PQE
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to set up effective and efficient processes
• Solid technical knowledge of financial reporting, audit and tax matters
• Staff supervisory experience and ability to work with non- financial managers
• Should demonstrate energy, enthusiasm and flexibility
• Strong MS Office skills, General IT knowledge and strong interpersonal skills.
