Exemption criteria - Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting

To claim exemptions from CA Proficiency 1 (CAP1), candidates must achieve a minimum of 50% in the relevant subjects in each of the subject areas. Exemptions are awarded on a subject-by-subject basis. The required experience for qualification will be dependent upon the number of exemptions secured. Details of criteria are available from the college.

Management Accounting	BU7853 Management Accounting (Minimum 50%)
Financial Accounting	BU7851 Financial Reporting (Minimum 50%)
Taxation	BU7855 Taxation (Minimum 50%)

To claim an exemption from Law, candidates must achieve a minimum of 50% in the relevant subjects in each of the subject areas. Exemptions are awarded on a subject-by-subject basis. The required experience for qualification will be dependent upon the number of exemptions secured. Law for Accountants must be passed before enrolment onto the FAE programme.
