About the Role
The Management Accountant will play a key role in the finance team, supporting the Senior Finance Manager and senior management with accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
The role will be based at our Support office in Santry, Dublin 9, with hybrid working arrangements available. There may be a requirement to travel to some of our Nursing homes from time to time.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports
Budgeting and forecasting, including variance analysis
Monitoring financial performance and cost control
Assisting with year-end audit and statutory reporting
Supporting operational teams with financial insights and analysis
Process improvement and contributing to ongoing finance projects
Candidate Requirements:
Qualified accountant (ACA, CPA) or equivalent
Minimum of 2/3 years’ post-qualification experience in a similar role
Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
Project Management experience
Strong skills in Excel and accounting systems (e.g., Netsuite)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in the Nursing home industry would be an advantage
Salary & Benefits:
€60 – 70k commensurate with experience.
