Course overview

We focus on the key skills required of C-suite leaders and partners to best equip you with leadership ability and status. You will learn from expert and proven tutors and trainers to develop your communication, influencing and negotiation skills to lead your team and outside stakeholders with confidence. Empower yourself to understand and best use your own, natural leadership style in conjunction with important learned skills. We will also provide you with a personal executive coach for three one-to-one coaching sessions.

Entry requirements

This programme has been designed to meet the needs of finance and business professionals including accountants. Applications are welcomed from:

  • Members of Chartered Accountants Ireland or another recognised professional body e.g. ICAS, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, and ICAEW
  • Holders of a degree at Level 8 (on the NFQ) or equivalent qualification
  • Those with relevant experience in finance, business or another field

Course fees

Fees are fully-inclusive and will cover: registration, course materials, tuition fees and exam fees.

How you study

The Executive Diploma in Leadership will be delivered through a blend of distance learning, self-study and online webinars. Online sessions and programme assessments are all conducted through a virtual learning environment. 

Assessment

The programme is assessed through a series of four learning logs, with a final assessment consisting of a written assignment followed by a presentation.

CPD Hours

This programme offers structured and unstructured CPD hours contact time. The exact number of hours that can be claimed as CPD will vary for each individual depending on time expended and the requirements of their professional body.
