Speaker Profile

Penelope Kenny is a Chartered Accountant, and Company Director, her book corporate governance for the Irish arts Sector was published by Chartered Accountants Ireland. In 2015, Penelope was appointed by the Ministers to the Boards of two State bodies.  She has been Director of Cluid the largest Housing Association in Ireland; she is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and past Chairman of the Leinster Society of Chartered Accountants. She is Chairman of the Board of a subsidiary company of Dublin City

Council,

and is a member of the Institute of Directors. She is a lecturer in a UCD Masters program on corporate governance and gives Continuous professional Development programs (CPD) for professional accountants.
