Many of Ireland’s longstanding practices in wholesale, retail, manufacturing and services are predicated on behaving as part of the UK internal market.  When this stops on 31 December next, the change will hurt, but it will also create a new landscape in which opportunities will arise for those ready and willing to take them

  • The Next Financial Year (Brian Keegan, Director of Chartered Accountants Ireland)

Understanding how this rhythm works and how to maximise your sleep for recovery purposes for a greater level of functioning is important: Avril Ivory in this session will include the importance of sleep and recovery and how it can affect your day to day living as well as looking at how much sleep is enough, how sleep repairs the body, the impact of stress on sleep and moving towards good sleep hygiene.
