A Lust for life Logo-min

A Lust for Life is a national wellbeing movement created to transform how we talk about and treat mental health. Our vision is a world where the wellbeing of humanity is the headliner on the main stage, and everything else, a support act. We started our life as a website, and since then, our mission has grown to (1) Support, inspire and empower people to take care of their own minds (2) Change societal/cultural norms around mental health and (3) Change societal infrastructure so that our culture and society always catch people when they fall. We are working to help break down the stigma around mental health by sharing personal stories and amplifying people’s experiences of a broken mental health system. We are advocating for change at policy level through our website, podcasts and live events. We platform artistic work to show there are many faces to mental wellbeing and mental ill-health; and many ways of coping, some beyond the reach of words. And we’re currently piloting an innovative new educational digital platform for children (aged 9-12) to share video content, created by them, for them; that address the psychological issues they face today.
