What to expect on results day 

FAE August 2025 results will be available online from 8am on Friday 5 September 2025.
Staff will be available from 8am to 4pm to answer any queries you may have on 01 523 3926.

To view the result/s online:  login with the username and password.
Select CURRENT STUDENTS - EXAM RESULTS. Important: change academic cycle to 24/25 and allow the system a moment to refresh.

 

Interim assessment result for FAE Core
The result obtained from the Interim Assessment (FAE Core AFR) is included in your result.

Exam result letter

Students can download their result letter on their student portal under “Exam Results”. The letter will consist of a percentage mark for each paper and a Pass or Fail per paper. Students must ensure that pop ups are enabled to see this letter. If you wish to retain a hard copy of the results letter it would be advisable to print the letter at the earliest opportunity as the option to download this letter will be  available for a limited amount of time only.

Appeals and Information Scheme

Under the scheme, a student whose result falls into the category of CREDIT or FAIL may apply for any of the options contained within.

Any student who may wish to sit any outstanding subjects in January 2026 must seek permission from their training firm

Important closing dates

Information & Appeals Schemes: Friday 5 September until close of business Friday 12 September 2025.

FAE January 2026 exam enrolment: Friday 5 September until close of business Monday 20 October 2025.

FAE Autumn Revision courses : Friday 5 September until close of business Monday 20 October 2025.

Concessionary attempt:
 Any student who initially sat the FAE exams before the academic cycle 23/24, it is possible you may need to apply for an additional attempt before you can enrol onto the exams taking place in 2026. Requests must be submitted by close of business Friday 19 September 2025. Requests after this date will not be accepted for the FAE exams in 2026.

If you intend sitting any outstanding subject/s at FAE you must enrol via their student portal

Select “Current students” -  “Enrol on a course/exam”
Tick only the boxes applicable to you for Autumn (January) 2026. Proceed to payment.

The online enrolment window will be available from Friday 5 September 2025 until close of business day on Monday 20 October 2025.  Late enrolments will not be permissible.  Please carefully read the information below prior to enrolment.

FAE Core and Elective Revision 

Subject to demand, we hope to run an FAE revision course ahead of the January 2026 sitting, the Core and Elective revision courses will be online in format and will commence with an introduction. Once finalised the FAE Education Team will be in touch.

The key features of the courses are:

  • Fully online, so you can access from anywhere
  • All sessions are recorded
  • Live webinars / Recordings (Dates TBC) 
  • Led by senior lecturers
  • Focus on exam technique and bringing you up to a pass standard quickly
  • Opportunity to prepare cases and have them individually corrected
  • Facility to review the implications of your Tutorial Report by a lecturer
