Format
This course will be delivered via Zoom on Friday 5 February from 10am to 11am. The Zoom link will be emailed to participants the day before the course is due to take
place.

Conal Kennedy - FCA, Conal is Head of Practice Consulting in Chartered Accountants Ireland. He and his team provide advice and support to practices throughout Ireland, and publish a range
of practice toolkits covering audit, accounting and compliance. Over a 14 year period in Practice Consulting, Conal has coached and advised many practices through major change events
such as mergers, acquisitions and retirements. He has also advised on practice development and marketing
Jeremy Twomey - FCA, in his
role as Practice Consulting Manager works to support our member practitioners
across our service areas, with a particular focus on compliance support,
training and our associated advisory services. Jeremy is a Fellow of th e
Institute, having trained with Ernst & Young; he has held senior management
positions across both financial and professional services, as well as the public
sector.
Norah Collender is
a graduate in economics, Norah trained as a tax consultant with EY. She worked
in practice for a decade before joining Chartered Accountants Ireland in 2008,
where she is currently the Institute Professional Tax Leader
Paul Henry - FCA,Paul qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1989 and undertook
insolvency and restructuring assignments, gaining an Insolvency Practitioners
Licence. Subsequently he worked in the venture capital industry, making equity
investments into growing businesses, followed by a return to practice to
specialise in project finance and mergers and acquisitions.
In Osborne King, Paul leads the advisory and
consultancy service where he combines financial and commercial expertise, with
the embedded depth of property knowledge and experience.
Paul is proud to serve as President of Chartered
Accountants Ireland for 2020/21 and he is also the current Chair of the
Consultative Committee of Accountancy Bodies
(CCAB).
