Sharon Mullins

Bio: Sharon is a Manager in EY Transaction Advisory Services - Restructuring with 8 years’ experience both in Ireland and Australia. She has experience in Liquidations, Receiverships, Administrations and Independent Accountants reports. She currently specialises in portfolio management of Liquidations and Legal Entity Rationalisation and manages a diverse portfolio. Her expertise includes project management, cash flow management and developing and delivering restructuring strategies

Frances Flynn

Bio: Frances is a senior associate in Restructuring and Insolvency in Arthur Cox with 10 years’ experience in this area. She specialises in all aspects of insolvency, corporate restructuring and litigation, having advised in a number of high profile liquidations, examinerships, schemes of arrangement and receiverships on behalf of all stakeholders including companies, directors, lending institutions and creditors as well as insolvency practitioners.
