The new Code of Practice for Revenue Compliance Interventions sets out a revised framework of compliance interventions and will take effect from 1 May 2022. Substantial changes have been made to Revenue's approach to compliance interventions and disclosure opportunities and this course, delivered by Revenue, will enable members to get up to date with these changes.

Sarah Waters, Principal Officer in Revenue's Compliance Policy and Evaluation Branch -Sarah is a CTA with 19 years' experience gained in the Group Taxation department of a large plc, a Big 4 firm and since 2018 Revenue. Sarah has significant experience in the employment tax area including global mobility and compensation and benefits. On joining Revenue, Sarah worked in Personal Tax Policy and Legislation in Revenue's Legislation Services division until moving to Compliance Policy in mid-2020.
