Format
This course will be delivered via Zoom on 16 November 2023 from 9.30 am to
1pm. The Zoom link will be emailed to participants the day before the course is
due to take place.
The online interactive live sessions will utilise the functionality of our online learning platform and will be an engaging, collaborative manner of learning. This session will not be recorded, and therefore attendance is required.

Course overview
This course will aim to provide practical tips and
guidance for the most technical areas of audit including but not limited to the
following;
- Accounting estimates
- Going concern
- Fraud
- Accounting systems and controls
- Financial statement disclosures
This course is particularly focused on areas noted by the
Professional Standards team as common issues arising on monitoring visits

- Prepare audit documentation efficiently whilst also
meeting the regulators' requirements
- Practically apply the requirements of ISAs to any given client
scenario
