This event will take place in Chartered Accountants House, Dublin, on Tuesday 1 October from 9.30am am to 4.30 pm. This session will not be recorded, and therefore attendance is required.

This workshop is designed to support ambitious women who wish to explore their leadership identity, discuss issues unique to them such as barriers to advancement and build skills in areas where they may feel uncomfortable and at a disadvantage, such as self-promotion. Dawn Leane is Founder & CEO of Leane Empower, where she supports ambitious women to navigate their working environment by challenging their thinking, conditioning and limiting beliefs. An experienced Corporate Trainer, Executive Coach, Mentor, Facilitator and Speaker, Dawn holds a Master of Business from UCC and qualifications in Leadership and Organisational Behaviour. Dawn is Chairperson of the Board of Sunbeam House Services, and past-President of Network Ireland Wicklow.
