About this course

Analytical apps and macros can be tricky to configure but learning them can significantly boost the efficiency of your workflow. This course will begin with a conceptual overview of analytical apps and macros in Alteryx.

You’ll explore the difference between the 2 tools and the different varieties of each. You’ll create your first macro. You’ll also learn how to create and link multiple analytical apps together to produce a dynamic, interactive tool for filtering your data.

By the end of this course, you will have the confidence and ability to create apps and macros in Alteryx, with a clear understanding of when is appropriate to incorporate each into your workflow.
