Speaker Bio
Dee Moran (FCA) is Professional Accountancy Lead at Chartered Accountants Ireland, leading a team that is responsible for a broad technical policy agenda of relevance to the Institute and its membership, including sustainability reporting, and works to coordinate policy approaches and develop guidance for members. She has significant experience in both practice and industry. Dee is a member of the Institute’s Sustainability Expert working party, co-Chair of the Accounting Bodies Network and a member of the Global Accounting Alliance Sustainability Working Group.
Mike O Halloran (FCA) is Technical Manager in the Advocacy and Voice Department of Chartered Accountants Ireland, where he works in the Professional Accounting team. Mike has over 15 years’ experience working with small and medium sized accounting firms. His day-to-day role involves the preparation of technical guidance material for members, monitoring developments of relevance to members and responding to consultations across various accounting disciplines, including financial reporting and sustainability.
