About this course
The larger your company, the more complex your financial modelling needs to be. In this course, you’ll explore new concepts and accounting principles for LBO transaction analysis.
Across 12 lessons, you’ll learn how to create transaction assumptions, calculate fees, funds and debt, and complete projections with a five-year revenue model for an LBO.
By the end of the course, you’ll have an understanding of how to dive deeper into your models, and expand them to include medium-term growth assumptions.
